Adult Beginning & Intermediate Ballet

For adults ages 16+ who have always wanted to study ballet or wish they had never stopped as a child. Develop ballet posture, flexibility, and strength in five week sessions to accommodate busy adult schedules. Choose from ballet technique, ballet repertoire, and contemporary ballet, all designed for the adult student.

Ballet Technique: Develop ballet posture, flexibility, and strength.

Ballet Repertoire: Put the skills from ballet technique to use and learn ballet choreography from various ballets, including The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and others. Each 5 week session will focus on one ballet.

Contemporary Ballet: Explore movements outside of the confines of classical shapes and structure. Whole body movement and expression designed for the adult learner.
