Pre Ballet: (Ages 3 & 4/5) SFYBA’s acclaimed Pre Ballet Program combines creativity and imagination with age appropriate ballet terminology, exercise, and discipline. Classes are 45 minutes.
Beginning Ballet: (Ages 6/7 & ages 8+) Beginning classes develop flexibility and muscle strength, focus on posture and body placement, introduce ballet steps and terminology. Classes are one hour.
Ballet I & II: (By Audition) Dancers increase their memory skills and develop proper muscle placement for classical dance. Emphasis is placed on greater poise and grace in movement.  Students are required to attend two lessons per week. Classes are one hour.
Ballet III/IV: (By Audition) Pre-pointe and pointe work are included in Ballet III training.  Dancers advance to pre-professional training.  Students are required to attend two lessons per week if not on pointe, three lessons per week if on pointe.
Jazz/Hip Hop: Beginning and Intermediate levels available. Classes are one hour.
ADULT CLASSES: Beginning and Intermediate classes for adults who are looking to get/stay in shape and have a great time doing it!
