Megan began dancing at age 3 in Carlsbad, CA and pursued her professional classical training at San Elijo Dance and Music Academy in Encinitas, CA with Ben & Laurie-Michelle Houk, both of Pacific Northwest Ballet. She attended summer intensives at the State Street Ballet, Santa Barbara, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She has performed lead roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Dewdrop and Arabian Princess in "The Nutcracker." Megan has also danced as a soloist in Balanchines's "Symphony in C" and "Serende." Megan recently graduated from San Francisco State with a degree in Humamities and is delighted to join SFYBA as the new office manager and pre ballet instructor.
